Eggless pasta of the southern Italian style – made healthier with Whole Wheat! Made in culinary traditions of Sicily, our Whole Wheat & Semolina – Eggless Fettuccine Pasta is richer in wheat fibre and protein owing the high quality Organic Atta (Whole Wheat) use to manufacture it.

Handcrafted by Donna Pastaia using 100% Organic Semolina & Olive Oil and traditional Italian techniques including slow drying to retain all its natural goodness – Whole Wheat & Semolina Pasta is all about healthier life, tradition and taste.

Fettuccine is the name of the shape of pasta which is flat and about 1/4th of an inch wide. It is amongst the favourite of gourmands as it’s higher surface area allows for all the flavours of your sauces to nicely cover and coat the pasta.
